We had two Trane units installed in our two story home. Our house was built in 1957 and presented some challenges. The upstairs unit cooled and heated portions of the downstairs making it impossible to keep both floors at a comfortable temperature. One Air suggested a zoned unit upstairs. I was unaware something like this existed, but after learning of the benefits we took the plunge! So happy we did! Our home is so much more enjoyable with constant comfort throughout! Highly recommend Service One Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing -we discovered our heater was not working on a Saturday morning and first freeze nights we had - contacted them and they were able to get out the next morning and repair our furnace quickly and efficiently. Doug diagnosing the problem and had it running smoothly within minutes, plus checking over the unit to make sure there were no other issues that could need attention as well. He explained what the problem had been and what to look for that would require calling him back if needed. Received a call the next day from Dawn at their office following up to make sure everything was still working properly. She was so nice and professional as well.
