Ell-Dee Plumbing is the plumber I go to when I have an issue I cannot fix. They have installed my waterheater, fixed an outdoor faucet that was leaking and hooked my outdoor grill to the natural gas line. Also, on one occasion around a holiday, our master shower would not shutoff and I called them. They had a backlog of service calls. So, I asked him a few questions and he sent me a picture of the tool I needed to pull out the cartridge that was stuck. I was able to fix it myself but I could not have done it without Steve's help. THE BEST!!!! I cannot say enough positive things about these honest plumbers!!!! Steven quickly set up an appointment for me after Conns delivered a washer/dryer stackable but could not handle the installation! Joe & JR came out and immediately remedied the situation by purchasing the proper hoses for me and replacing the old, corroded water valves to get my new appliance up & running! Friendly, professional & VERY reasonable! What else can I say?! This is the ONLY plumber I will EVER call! Thanks Joe & JR! :)
