Ell-Dee Plumbing is the plumber I go to when I have an issue I cannot fix. They have installed my waterheater, fixed an outdoor faucet that was leaking and hooked my outdoor grill to the natural gas line. Also, on one occasion around a holiday, our master shower would not shutoff and I called them. They had a backlog of service calls. So, I asked him a few questions and he sent me a picture of the tool I needed to pull out the cartridge that was stuck. I was able to fix it myself but I could not have done it without Steve's help. I want to give a shout out to Ell-Dee Plumbing. They came recommended from Rathjen Pest Control, who has been servicing my home since I moved in many years ago, and I am very happy with the work Ell-Dee did. I had two sink faucets that I stopped installing because the shut off valves weren't feeling right. They came out and not only replaced the valves, but modified the p-trap for another because the drain stem that came with my new faucets was too short. They also fixed my leaky tub in my guest bathroom, and did a thorough explanation of work, showed the bad parts, and then walked through the final steps with me, showing me best practices to prolong the life of the new hardware.
