My family and I returned from vacation to a busted water heater in our attic. We had at least 2-3 plumbing companies out. Not a fun experience. It felt like each company was either ridiculously over priced or customer service was awful. Luckily, a friend referred Grand Slam plumbing! They came out same day, they were by far the most informative and charged half the price of the other companies. Grand Slam Plumbing replaced our busted water heater with a new tankless heater. We’re so pleased with their customer service, product knowledge, patience with all my questions and extremely fair pricing! ???? Scheduling was easy and responsive. The crew came out when requested and let me know when they were on their way. Unfortunately our water heater needed to be replaced (but 17 years ain't bad value!) and the team got it done same day. Easy as could be. I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism.
