We made the mistake of not getting a written bid from Josh. Was quoted $250 for kitchen faucet replacement installation, plus $45 for switching out an existing water filter faucet. Bill ended up $ 395. Installation looks good and everything works fine. They were polite and efficient. Service: Faucet installation

Pros: The guys who came out were very professional. They made it out very quickly. The office staff was very friendly. Cons: Expensive and I was left with 2 large holes in my yard and no answer to my problem. I ended up fixing the problem myself in 2 hours of digging and $45 of parts from the hardware store. Then filled in the holes they left. -2 stars because $247.50/hr is high (national average is around $100/hr) and they left big holes in my yard. They are 10/10 for people with money to burn though. +3 stars because of the pros mentioned above and I can’t say enough how professional they were. The workers who came out were outstanding guys.

If I could go higher than 5 stars I would. Had a leak with the bath tub that I found after I got home from work and called in the afternoon. Ms Britney answered and was as polite as could be. Got my info and thankfully they were able to come same day. Got in, fixed the issues and put everything back and tested before they left. Very respectful and know what they’re doin. Definitely can tell their family owned and local and that’s a big plus in my book. I’m thankful I found these guys and I ain’t using anyone else for plumbing work.
