My first time using Crawford Plumbing Service, and I am impressed with the service from the initial phone call to the call leading up to the arrival of Nate who was on time and great!! He was so knowledgeable with the old building plumbing and was helpful with preventative steps to avoid having the same issue again. Thank you for the excellent service.
I called to check availability for an emergency call out at 9:00 PM for a clogged main drain line. I was assured a plumber would be at my house no later than 10:00 PM, and that he would contact me soon to give me a better idea of when he would be on the way. Not only did he not call, he did not show up (at least by 10:40 PM as I write this review), and the business no longer answers the phone. I passed on two other plumbers because Crawford told me they were coming, so not only did they waste my time, they prevented me to fixing my problem tonight.
