My wife was here when tech arrived. I was displeased with the wiring. It just didn’t look professionally done. Also the pricing for parts in our opinion was too high. In 2019 I bought a newer home in lampasas thru the VA....i had concerns about the AC system and called Airserv because they were highly recommended. Their techs arrived and did a complete breakdown cleaning of my interior and exterior coils which improved my units performance and gave me peace of mind....i then purchased a service plan that was very reasonable and up until this year I had no worries about my systemn. I'm a retired senior on a fixed income and because of recent events (covid...economy..and a mortgage company and a county tax office that can't do math) I have been struggling financially and living check to check. I contacted Airserv when my AC began randomly shutting off and explained my situation and was assured payment could be worked out. I then spoke with a manager...sorry I'm old and forgot his name....he instructed me over the phone to flush the systems drain tube and see if it would clear the problem....it did and has function perfectly since. Hats off to you guys
