We dropped our television off to be repaired. Weeks went by before we finally called to get an update. It was explained to us that they could not mimic the issue. We explained to them of what was occurring. Then another couple of weeks went by we called again and was advised that they they mimicked the issues and would order the parts. Then the 3rd time we called, we were advised that they replaced the part needed but in the process their technician cracked the screen and now it can't be repaired. But, they would sell us another TV that they would fix for the price of the repair. Regardless of the inconvenience to the customer, all they wanted back was the parts snd labor that they won't be getting from for breaking g a repairable TV to a non working TV. We j6st purchased a new for that price. They can eat their parts and labor costs. Service: TV repair

This company is awesome. Very professional - excellent customer service. Work with us on a Insurance claim. They kept us up to date on the progress and explain what the process would be to get the TV fixed or replaced. I would recommend them to anyone. I can not say enough good things about this company from the owners to the staff.
