Called last night around 9:30 about a leaking AC unit and CTR was at my house at about 10 or so this morning. I love companies that have prompt service. Scott and his assistant did a great job handling my AC unit. He answered all my questions and fixed the problem very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone!
Very good and trustworthy and a wonderful customer focused company. Including calls to keep you informed estimating their arrival. Both time I used them they set the appt to arrive in a 3 hour period and they arrived on the 1st 1/2 hour rather than at the end and they called when they were 15 minutes away.
Scott came out right away after my AC unit started blowing hot air (while we were in triple digit temps). He was professional and took time to explain the issue, why it occurred and how he was going to repair it. He completed the job quickly and double checked to see if I had any questions. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend this company.
