We had a new unit installed. John was very flexible about working us into his schedule. He let us know that we did not need to replace our duct, which another company had told us that a new system would destroy because of added air pressure. John let us know that this was not true, our duct system was strong. He also let us know we should have a system with a heat pump to save on our electric bill. When John and Steve came to install the new unit, they were on time, professional and completed the job in the day. Service: Install AC

Cody was polite, professional, and diligent in his work. He was able to get my unit up and running in less than a couple hours. Did an amazing job at explaining ways to keep the system up and running and tips to help maintain the system. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone looking to have their HVAC worked on. I don't write many reviews but I have to give kudos to Jonathan and his partner. They were such life savers when they responded to my call that my thermostat wouldn't go below 88 degrees during this week's extreme heat conditions. Jonathan explained the problem in detail and what needed to be done to fix it. And within the hour my air conditioner was functioning better than ever. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable Jonathan was about his profession and the advice he gave me to prevent future problems. Great rates too. Strongly recommend CWS Services.
