Had to call in for an emergency appointment on a Sunday. Spoke with Josh and he kept us updated on his arrival. Arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed the issue with the AC unit and made the repairs. Josh was professional, communicated what the issue was, showed us what the cause of the non working AC was and made repairs expeditiously. I highly recommend Killen Heating and AC.
Great experience from start to finish! Josh was early for the quote, and offered a very competitive price. The install guys showed up on schedule and knocked the job out in 2 hours. Now our house is cooler than it’s ever been! Thank you!
Best customer service!! I had tried so many other companies, but only Killeen Heating & Air rushed to help me with my AC emergency. A librarian who had used them previously highly recommended them after I was out of options.
