Josh is Great! And thank you to Killeen Heating and Air Conditioning they were very perfessional and responded very quickly. We were without air conditioning 4 days after having to find them when another company quoted us over 14k and they charged half. Services: Installation, Install AC
Best customer service!! I had tried so many other companies, but only Killeen Heating & Air rushed to help me with my AC emergency. A librarian who had used them previously highly recommended them after I was out of options. Josh arrived in less than 30 minutes, had everything he needed to fix my AC in his truck and was done quickly. Friendly, professional, and will always be my first call for any AC needs!!
Had to call in for an emergency appointment on a Sunday. Spoke with Josh and he kept us updated on his arrival. Arrived at my home and quickly diagnosed the issue with the AC unit and made the repairs. Josh was professional, communicated what the issue was, showed us what the cause of the non working AC was and made repairs expeditiously. I highly recommend Killen Heating and AC.
