This review is a couple of weeks late but it needed to be done. Had an emergency situation after the snow storm, called to see when and if someone could make it to the house. The person that answered was extremely helpful and did everything that they could to see when they could get there. The appointment was made for the next day but they called and said we can get you in later the same day. Was very appreciative and thankful. Shelby did an amazing job. Very helpful, explained what she was doing and made sure that everything was fixed and working before she left. Will use them again in the future if service is needed. My sewage line was clogged which left my bathroom unusable. I called Prince Plumbing to inquire about cleaning my line and much to my surprise the guy showed up an hour later! He was polite, informative and professional. He had the blockage cleared quickly and efficiently. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating also. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that won’t take advantage of you in an urgent situation and moves fast to help people at a reasonable price call Prince Plumbing…you won’t regret it! If I could give zero stars I would. Three different guys came out over the course of two days and checked for what was causing the toilet and bathtub to be clogged. Three days and $500 later the toilet isn’t fixed nor the bathtub. To finish the job they wanted another $1,000. Pretty much they took advantage of the situation. Don’t use them ever!
