Made an appointment for 3/10/21 for someone to come out to check my pipes. Was told it would be the owner. I was contacted on 3/9/21 to confirm my appointment block between 10a - 1p. By 2:15p I had to leave my home after no one showed up for my appointment and no one called. Still have yet to hear from anyone as I write this review on 3/11/21 at 3:40p.

This review is a couple of weeks late but it needed to be done. Had an emergency situation after the snow storm, called to see when and if someone could make it to the house. The person that answered was extremely helpful and did everything that they could to see when they could get there. The appointment was made for the next day but they called and said we can get you in later the same day. Was very appreciative and thankful. Shelby did an amazing job. Very helpful, explained what she was doing and made sure that everything was fixed and working before she left. Will use them again in the future if service is needed. Let me start by saying I absolutely do not recommend this company. I have a commercial daycare business that has some sinks in it that use a pump. My pump was working incorrectly but I had no problems with leaks. Prince plumbing replaced my pump for $750+ taxes. However when the job was done I immediately had water leakage running out of one room and into another. I called them back out and they put some kid of temporary sealant on it. I know it was temporary and not a permanent fix because it literally started leaking from the same part. They then put more temporary sealant. I have been having the same problem sink they change my pump. I just called them to let them know they never fixed it properly leakage is happening again and they want to charge me $250 to come out and look when they should know what the problem is. They caused it. Very upsetting. Service: Sump pump installation
