They deliberately clog your drains with o rings then leave their number under your sink. This is the company who did the plumbing in my new home, an a few months later I noticed alot of my sinks being blocked up. We took the pipes apart and found a bunch of o rings shoved in most the pipes in the house which was causing the sinks to clog. Coincidentally, the number for Wilson mclain plumbing is under the sink, I know plumbers do this so they get called back out to make more money, but it's just so wrong. Do honest work instead of trying to scam people.

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Wilson McLain Plumbing while trying to address a plumbing issue in my home, which is still under warranty with Meritage Homes. From the very beginning, the customer service representatives at Wilson McLain Plumbing were dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed to actively antagonize me during our interactions. Upon calling the plumbing company on 3/31/2023, I was met with an unhelpful representative who interrupted me while I was explaining my situation and repeatedly put me on hold or hung up on me. When I requested to speak with a manager, the representative became defensive and uncooperative, insisting that she was a manager and there was no one above her to speak with. Eventually, I received a call back from another manager named Teressa, who not only defended the previous representative's behavior but also laughed and seemed completely dismissive of my concerns. She claimed that they had attempted to reach me
