God help you if you have to speak with the “manager” Teresa. She’s rude and unprofessional at best. Quality of work in my mothers new home has been awful. One issue after another and having to deal with their “service” department is a joke. Teresa wouldn’t know good customer service if it kicked her in the face. We will be working with the builder to have a real plumbing company fix the shoddy work done by Wilson McLain.

So thankful I have found a trust worthy plumber that shoots me straight! 10/10 recommend!

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Wilson McLain Plumbing while trying to address a plumbing issue in my home, which is still under warranty with Meritage Homes. From the very beginning, the customer service representatives at Wilson McLain Plumbing were dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed to actively antagonize me during our interactions. Upon calling the plumbing company on 3/31/2023, I was met with an unhelpful representative who interrupted me while I was explaining my situation and repeatedly put me on hold or hung up on me. When I requested to speak with a manager, the representative became defensive and uncooperative, insisting that she was a manager and there was no one above her to speak with. Eventually, I received a call back from another manager named Teressa, who not only defended the previous representative's behavior but also laughed and seemed completely dismissive of my concerns.
