The hottest day yesterday and my cool air stopped. Called and Chris came out the same day. He was booked so came out in the evening. Did his repair and left so fast and my houses cooling again!!! We are signing a contract for regular maintenance with them too! Chris is really nice guy and very knowledgeable! We will use only these guys! Service: A/C system repair
Called late at night about heater being out and their on-call person (turned out to be Chris the technician) answered and made note for them to call back in the morning. Got the call back and schedule a same day appointment for a few hours later. The technician Chris was very prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable of the maintenance required and was able to get educate me on how i might be able to resolve the issue myself in the future. Will definitely use their services again. Service Technician was Very prompt, professional, courteous, on-time, and diagnosed it right the first time.
