The appointment was set for 8 AM because I had to be at work early that day and a vehicle needed to be moved from the garage to access the attic. The tech showed up a little after 9 AM with no call or text to give a notice of the delay. The winter maintenance call amounted to pouring some sort of drain cleaner down the condensation line in the attic, checking the filter, and checking the heating element. Decided to use PHI after meeting with the owners son for a new quote, he really was knowledgeable about the system and was able to guide us to pick our new unit. They were a bit more expensive than the competitor, but made us feel comfortable spending the extra amount for the better product and better warranty. There have been a few things pop up with the new install, but they have been very attentive and come out quickly every time we've needed them.
