Had a water main break in the line. Called American Plumbing in La Porte and they were able to start work in a couple of days and finished job in one day. Outstanding service and great workmanship on the job!!!
Showed up within 1 hr of call for service. Went right to work, identified the problem and corrected it. Good personality and reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again if occasion arises.. Services: Plumbing leak detection, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Plumbing leak repair
The whole process from start to finish was a smooth transaction. We were able to go on their website after hours and upload pictures of the problem and schedule a call back. They immediately called us back to not only schedule an appointment, but also provided a rough estimate!!! The tech can out and not only did he fix the issue, but did an overall check to be sure no other problems existed. He was courteous, clear in communication and overall provided great customer service. The best part is the actual cost came in under the original estimate. So if you ever need plumbing service I highly recommend American Plumbing & Maintenance.
