Ok. So I’m conflicted on whether or not I had a good experience with this company. First I got a great price on a new tankless water heater install but this was apparently due to a previous employee failing to give a proper quote. Plumbers came to install and took the day to get it done. That was expected. When I went to pay though I discovered that the plumber had installed the wrong unit. Turns out the wrong unit didn’t have an internal recirculating pump. That is ok because I don’t have the plumbing to utilize the recirculating pump properly anyways. Now I had the issue that the quoted price was for the more expensive unit. The company graciously gave me a refund for the difference in unit costs and I continued on my way. The units are identical except for the recirculating pump so it’s not really a big deal. Minus one star that any of these issues even occurred because honestly, they shouldn’t have but given that they worked with me, gave me a further discount on an already mistake
