Great Customer Service! We had some sort of clog that we worked on for a week but could not resolve. When we finally decided to call for help, many companies would not give me pricing over the phone. Bayside gave me an upfront price, over the phone and they were able to send someone out right away. Like us, the technician had trouble finding the clog using a snake, but he was able to rely on experience, locate it through other means and resolve it quickly. Bayside to get a est. Michael came out and gave an est. Very Reasonable rate.We set appt.for installation they were here on time, they installed a new stainless steel double sick 8in.deep. They opened it and the edge was bent, it was needed to be corrected.They had a new sink here in 1hr/30min.They installed it and we love it! If we need a plumber they are the Company for us.
