We were extremely fortunate to have found Matt and the people at Masten Air Conditioning to service our a/c system. We moved to the Dallas area 2 years ago and were introduced to the company by our real estate broker. Masten is trustworthy and great to work with. Their prices are reasonable. Their work is impeccable. And, their service can't be beat. We purchased an older home that turned out to need major air conditioning upgrades. The existing a/c ran nonstop throughout the first summer we were here, but it was not cooling the house. Our electrical bills were enormous. Following Matt's advice, we replaced the compressors and air handlers, installed smart thermostats, and redesigned and replaced faulty ductwork. All of this work was performed flawlessly, the house has been comfortably cool throughout even the hottest days of this summer, and, thanks to the smart thermostats, I can report the run time on the system has been cut from 23 hours per day to 15 (a reduction of 33%) on t

Our A/C started getting finnicky last night at midnight. I called Masten this morning and they had a technician out within just a couple hours. Ryan quickly identified the problem, explained what was going on and had the new hard start equipment installed in about 20 minutes. Super impressed.
