I spoke with three different plumbers and Chris and his team for the most up front and straightforward. Never felt like I was getting up sold, I only felt like they were there to do the job and and get me out of a huge (and literal) mess. My main line broke going to the city sewer system and these guys knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, how to permit it and deal with the city. There was no hassle. I called Chris on a Friday morning with a shower backing up. He said it would likely be Monday but they were at the house by 1:00 that afternoon! He cleaned and checked all lines and showed exactly where the issue was located. He then suggested an alternative approach to tunnel under the house from a different direction in order to repair some minor issues that would become major if not repaired.
