Sewer Surgeon has exceeded expectations. I first got to meet with Chris two years ago when I needed a plumber ASAP. I was on shift at the fire department and came home to a blown water heater. He replaced the system brought it up to code and some. He went above and beyond, did an amazing job and did it right. He was extremely responsive to calls and messages. I called him months later when thought I could do a simple home repair and was in over my head. For a non emergent fix he helped me rebuild the valves to my washer connection. Fast forward to today. I got the pleasure of meeting his crew getting a plumbing inspection done on a home I’m purchasing. His crew, like Chris, was extremely knowledgeable courteous and professional. They answered any questions and concerns I had. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing needs! Got their name from a friend and am very thankful! I received a free estimate. The plumbers were courteous. When it did not seem things were working properly I called back and they came back first thing the next morning and informed me the part was faulty and installed a new one. Very responsive!

I spoke with three different plumbers and Chris and his team for the most up front and straightforward. Never felt like I was getting up sold, I only felt like they were there to do the job and and get me out of a huge (and literal) mess. I would recommend this company to anyone dealing with a plumbing issue. My main line broke going to the city sewer system and these guys knew exactly what to do, how to fix it, how to permit it and deal with the city. There was no hassle.
