Great Company, I've been with them for a few months now, they have a very good safety team, due to saftey being the main concern so that we all can come home to our family's each and every day, in the same condition that we left for work in. Determined to reach the over all goals in terms of production, saftey, and efficiency. I highly recommend this company.

Aside from having my earned vacation and holidays taken away (contract), the company will do everything they can to accommodate their employees and client. Supervision was sketchy at times, running through Project Managers like paper towels, but we managed to adapt and overcome. Pay is average at best, and had to negotiate for that, even with 30 years in the I&E trades. Don't count on promotions or raises, unless you know someone on the inside. I will say this with absolute positivity. The health insurance coverage is absolutely incredible!!! I don't know how it was obtained and I don't care, because I've never seen this good of coverage offered to employees. Not even by $$$multi-billion$$$ corporations. For me and my wife, it was worth the "average at best" pay.
