One of the jl Floyd techs. Nearly ran me off the road today. The second the red light turned green, he began to honk and proceeded to fly past me. I'm sure he has places to be and things to do, however when you are representing a company and driving a company vehicle, I would think they would be a little more considerate on the road. Just a heads up to Jeff the owner. The reviews are spectacular on google, but perception is everything.

I have worked with Jeff on various projects for over 3 years. The projects ranged from projects for schools I have volunteered, a charity project, and after all that, I then had him work on my home. In fact, I think he has worked on 5 a total projects for me. Without reservation, I will say Jeff is honest, trustworthy, and has lived up to his word even when the cost came out of his own pocket. He paid for the difference out of his own pocket when there was a cost overrun due to our request on our charity project. I don't know many people that would do that just to keep his word. It was his contribution to the charity. He and his crew are professional and hard working. I have seen his crew work through the darkness to complete a project that should have only take a couple of hours, but due to complications from a previous bad installation it took him nearly double that time. In the end he knew the importance of the meeting the deadline. He has always made his appointment times. Only on

I called up JL Floyd Electrical and an electrician was sent to me within 30 minutes. Kenneth took care of the job, and was professional and efficient. He was also friendly. I had a good experience and would recommend this company.
