Neglecting a call from a prior customer as well as recent discovery that they ignored a major flashing getting installed. Follow up needed. Called Josh for our vents to be flashed, no return call after he said it would be an additional fee. No permit was pulled even though they claimed they would. Do as you promised, vent flashing was promised and no mention of it costing additional. Service: Roof installation
