Helped me out with the diagnostics of my outside AC unit. I suspected the compressor was bad and sure enough it was. Very knowledgeable with my 20 year old system.

I know it probably sounds like an urban myth but I have experienced it personally, a woman alone (especially a senior) can get taken advantage of when it comes to home and auto repairs.
