Ken and Jeff are a dream team! I was looking to install a mini split in my upstairs loft and they not only came through with that but discovered we needed more air flow for the size unit that was previously and recently installed by another company. There were some complications with the mini split install due to some old sheetrock and a leak on the compressor side, but Ken and Jeff made it right by coming back out and getting it fixed and squared away.
