Helped me out with the diagnostics of my outside AC unit. I suspected the compressor was bad and sure enough it was. Very knowledgeable with my 20 year old system.
Ken is dependable, competent and honest. The mini-split heat pump that he installed works great and lowered my electric bill. I am totally satisfied.
Would highly recommend Ken's Kooling! Called them in the morning and by the afternoon our mini split had been fixed and we had cold air. Reasonable pricing, quick turnaround and very knowledgeable. Very grateful to have found them!
