Chris is not a professional handyman, called me a-hole because he took long to finish dishwasher installation. Did not finish his job but asked for full payment and left with banging the front door. I had to hire professional handyman to finish the job properly.

Chris and his team are studs. They were fast, reliable, capable, fairly priced, and very trustworthy. Had to coordinate repairs I needed done quickly for my home remotely while I'm out of state, and was very happy with the work done. It’s an absolute disgrace and shame that you just don’t show up at the agreed time and started ghosting a customer for absolutely no reason ESPECIALLY if there was an agreement on the quote and the customer, which is me, already bought the materials and supplies you told to get. When there is any issue at all (which in this case i don’t even know what the issue is), you communicate to the customer like a normal person and at least notify that you can’t do the job instead of avoiding everything. Seriously where is the sense of responsibility and dignity as a business owner?
