I needed to install U-turn for the HVAC combustion air intake that I already had on hand. Chris was able to coming on the day I asked for and installed the part according to the requirements. I called Anderson Roofing just after lunch and Chris the owner answered the phone. I just needed a small repair, a job some roofing companies wouldn’t take. I had a new tankless water heater installed which required a larger exhaust pipe and boot on the roof. Chris was able to come over the same day (less than 1 hour actually) and made the repair. He even had the brown paint on hand to spray the PVC pipe to match to my roof to avoid the wrath of my HOA. Chris also performed a roof inspection while he was up there and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He explained my 10 year old roof still had life left and was is pretty good shape.
