Chase Castilla with Remedy Roofing did a fantastic job after we had a recent hail storm. He kept me updated through the whole claims process and made it stress-free for me and upgraded my roof as well. Jen Lee the account manager was a pleasure to work with and was very impressive with working with our busy schedule. I don’t know what to say. They said there work is covered by warranty and it covers their worksmanship. Atleast that’s what Isaac told me when he made me sign the contract for replacing roof. But who will cover the damages internally in house if a leak happens from the improper roof they laid. I had two separate claims on different occasions. Both went nowhere. Recent one started with a discussion and acknowledgement of internal damages due to leak from external vent. First person fixed the vent hole on roof and said he does not work on interior ceiling. Second person came and said a portion of the drywall has to be removed, attached new and repainted. He found few other spots on wall aligning with the leak spots on side wall and alluded this may have been caused by ac vents. Laura, the warranty person at remedy said she does not want to pay for a $800 repair job and made me pay $50 for a AC guy to come and inspect.
