I was extremely satisfied with Steve Wiggins & his crew! They were professional, answered my questions without hesitation, and were quick to respond. Steve explained the equipment & details about the job so i could understand. He was also very supportive when I asked questions & needed service pertaining to other equipment i had purchased previously. Steve has been out to my house for various needs several times. He always arrives on time and tries his best to get to you quickly. I like that he zeroes in on the most economical way of fixing a problem but also offers honest advice without a ‘hard sell’ approach. Steve went out of his way last season to make sure a mechanical warranty was honored on a system installed by another service. I didn’t even know it was under warranty! I recommend Steve!
Steve came out promptly and thoroughly took care of a coolant leak. I’ll use Quality Air Care for all of our AC issues from now on.
