Avoid Glenn Lilly he is dishonest.

Raymond Meade was hired to repair my balcony. The balcony is on the 2nd level with railings. I was told the railing would need to all be taken off. He ended up using a material that would not allow the railings to be fastened back down or it would cause leaking. So now the balcony railings are loose and dangerous. He refuses to come out and do any type of repair to secure them. He was paid in full and now I am having to have someone else come out with additional cost to myself!!! What type of professional uses a material to repair something knowing that railing would need to be secured back and then refuses to fix the problem he created.
