I called and they were able to get to us in less than 24 hours.Ed was our technician and was absolutely fantastic! He called ahead and asked to come early, was very polite and patient with me and two kids while trying to get started. He was professional and very thorough in checking the indoor system, outdoor unit, and thermostat. Once he got everything back up and running, he stayed while the system cycled a few times to make sure the pressures all stayed stable.
