We love dealing with John from Jay Young Plumbing. He's a nice guy that I believe I can trust, and he does great work. It's Texas... It's July... It's HOT! I came home at around 5:15 pm and noticed my air conditioner was no longer blowing cool air. It was 89 degrees in the house!!! I assumed that because of how busy AC folks are that I would at best have to endure the heat for at least the night if they could "get me in" and scheduled. I called and was told I'd get a call back which I did at aprox 5:45. The technicians said they were on their way from a job out of town and would be there at around 7. Low and behold they were there and exceedingly kind and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my unit. I appreciated the quick and professional service provided and would recommend them to anyone! Service: Repair HVAC
