most repairmen encounter some type of problem when they come to fix something at my old mobile home. arthur and tim came to install a ceiling fan and had an issue with the wiring that they had to figure out. after they were done, i apologized for my old home causing a problem, and arthur said the most amazing thing to me that made my jaw drop -- he said, "yeah, there was something we had to figure out but we were bigger than the problem." i rarely see that kind of positive attitude from people. i need more of it myself. it made my day to hear that and be reminded that i can be bigger than my problems. arthur and tim are really GOOD people. i was glad to have them in my home and they did a great job fixing my new fan for me. they made sure everything was clean before they left. and, they did it for an amazingly fair price. thank you!
