Hart Heating & A/C

Air conditioning failure noticed at 4:30pm. Called and Brett was here by 6:30. Explained the repairs and had us back in service by 8:00. I have an older system and I will be having them service the unit until it is time to replace it. I called other companies but Brett had it fixed before anyone else even called back . His 21 years of experience was very reassuring. Service: A/C system repair

When we started having A/C problems this summer, a family friend suggested that we call Hart. Despite the glowing recommendation he gave, Hart still managed to exceed our expectations at every turn. Everyone we worked with was professional, thoughtful, patient, and responsive. A/C issues can be extremely stressful during a hot summer like this one, but their customer service -- doing exactly what they said they would, then looking for ways to go above and beyond -- made a bad situation much, much easier to deal with. Ultimately, Hart wound up having to replace our A/C (it was 20 years old and had lived a good life), so we don't expect to have any problems again soon. Our AC stopped working on a Saturday afternoon, so I called Sunday morning and the person on the phone gave us a good tip so that the AC was able to come back on. Monday morning, Josh showed up about an hour after I called, and was very professional, explained everything well, and did a great job finding our issue and fixing the problem. Now the AC is blowing cold air again, and the price was reasonable and they did a great job. Will be using Hart for any future HVAC issues!
