The first time they arrived out to replace a breaker and suggested replacing the whole panel because of its age. They gave me an estimate for that as well as for raising the height of the work line in the backyard. Almost a year later I asked if they could update the estimate and add what it would cost to remove some ugly wall sconces from my living room. The new estimate was almost exactly the same price as the old one, even with the additional work and the time that had gone by. The second time they did work for me was based on that estimate. He came out and were professional, courteous and They even offered me an alternative to save money, which I decided not to go with, but I appreciated the offer.
