From the first contact with Brad through installation, Brad responded quickly and professionally. Knowing we did not have working a/c, and much to our surprise, Brad accommodated us by coming out on Saturday! Upon arrival and throughout the entire process, Brad and Avi were professional, friendly, and kept us in the loop of what they were doing. Both gentlemen worked quickly and clean.
