I would prefer that the technician wear feet covering on their boots when they enter the house. I would have liked to have known they were running late with a cursory call. I was told I was going to be the first appointment after lunch. After lunch is 12:30 not getting here at 2:00. He also needs to travel with multiple filters so that he doesn't have to go pick a replacement filter at the store and return. Service: A/C system maintenance

I am most pleased with all things Armstrong. Scheduling personnel is very friendly and very efficient! I appreciate "knowing " the technician coming out. The text message with photo and a little personal info is different but definitely a good idea! This is not my first time using Armstrong and all Technicians have been friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and completed the job to my satisfaction. ! I will continue calling ????
