Very friendly & professional. Quoted a good price up front without playing negotiation games. Window install looked great. They even took the time to advise me on a problem with an unrelated window & help me correct it - it's a small thing & only took them a few minutes, but it shows what kind of people they have working there & how they value customer service.
I’ve hired Jones & Associates for two window replacement jobs. They did beautiful, professional work both times. They’re very reasonably priced as well. I will hire them again in the future.
This is our 3rd project & 1st at our new home with Jones & Associates and we could not be happier with them. They have always gone above and beyond for us. When we get ready for our next round of window replacement we will certainly be reaching back out.
