This is our 3rd project & 1st at our new home with Jones & Associates and we could not be happier with them. They have always gone above and beyond for us. When we get ready for our next round of window replacement we will certainly be reaching back out.
Jones and Associates were friendly. They came out quickly to look what we needed and within a week had someone out. They did an excellent job on reroofing a damaged shed from the last hail storm. The men were kind, friendly and efficient. No complaints. When I called about insurance they were patient in explaining the process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them
Jones and Associates replaced all of our windows in a timely and efficient manner. Everyone connected to the company was mannerly, pleasant and informative. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of product also. Would highly recommend them!!
