Earl's just did a pretty significant plumbing repair on our house and now that it is all done I felt it would only be appropriate to leave a review for others that are thinking about using them. We have their warranty service and have used them several times on our slightly older home. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. With our latest repair, I felt that everyone representing Earl's was amazing: Sam [answered several of my calls, was genuinely concerned with our needs, and helped with scheduling], Skyler [confirmed the issue and helped us to limit the damage], Trey [strategized the fix, kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a great job of completing the repairs], and last but not least Jeff [helped with the construction needs to remove and replace the tile SEAMLESSLY] Each member of this team had incredible integrity, transparency and even concern for our needs. Best in town, they have the most knowledge and take pride in there work. A+ service and very helpful. Had a few guys came out and they are all amazing. We recently had to have our home’s Kitec plumbing replaced. Michael and his crew did a fabulous job, and they treated our home with great care. They went above and beyond. They walked us through the entire process and put our minds at ease. Every day the house was left neat and orderly, and every question we had was answered. Russell followed behind the plumbers and also did a wonderful job on wall, trim repairs, paint matching and touch ups.
