We first hired Excel to do an insurance claim and get us a quote for our roof. Our contractors name is Jordan Justice. Jordan went above and beyond working with our insurance company to replace our roof, gutters and do the painting. He handled the insurance company until it was approved and began working that same day. He has been professional, friendly and just great to work with from day one. Jordan always kept us informed at the end of every day of the work that was done and what he was going to be doing the next day. Since then we had a bedroom ceiling collapse, we made one phone call and Jordan came right over. He began working on that project right away until it was completed. The work done was phenomenal. He and the gentleman working with him were both very conscious of our feelings with them having to come in and out of our home. Job was completed on-time and within budget. Overall experience with Anthony (project manager) was positive, workmanship is excellent, and removal of old / installation of new was performed in a timely manner. We did experience some minor unexpected damage - but Excel had it repaired to my satisfaction prior to accepting final payment for the roofing services. Will use again if needed and recommend to anyone looking for a service provider.
