We had siding put on our house a few years ago. This past year we had some damage and when I asked about having the damage repaired the response was quick and positive. The team at West Texas Exterior came out within a few days, replaced the damaged siding and made it all look brand new. Mr Kelly and his staff were very nice throughout the process. I appreciate the quick response and repair.

I had seven windows and siding put on the front of my house. After the crew finished the job, I delayed releasing the payment from the loan company. I assumed the owner would come and inspect the job. I waited and eventually got a message asking when I was going to authorize the payment. I replied that I was hesitant to do so because there were several things that needed to be done and the quality of the work was questionable. I reluctantly authorized the payment and never heard from them again. They never inquired as to what my concerns were. I just let it go. Recently, I noticed that two of the windows were leaking. The water damage had been hidden from my view by curtains. I called W.T.E. and they said they would have someone come out and look at it in days to months, they were very busy. Besides the water damage there were several things that were just not done well that I am not going to list because this review is long enough. I am extremely disappointed. I’m trying to
