No one ever showed up for my scheduled appointment. Called the business several times to follow up. My call was never returned. Response to owner...My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am on March 7th. That was a Sunday. I thought that was an odd day but Cheryl said you were spending the majority of your time taking care of the winter storm customers.
