Advance Construction completed a project that encompassed a few reconstructions within my home. Working with Brien and his Advance Construction crew from the first day until project completion was very satisfying. Advance Construction did a wonderful job in my house. We had the popcorn ceilings removed, some drywall patched, some rooms painted, and new vanities built for the bathrooms. Brien was a pleasure to work with and was very easy to communicate with. He visited the house often to check on work and let us know everything that was going on. I'd highly recommend them for any remodeling projects and we will certainly use his services again.

2016 October they installed a carport and new shingles, tar paper, and roof vent. I now have interior water damage. The shingles were not installed properly and have absolutely no over hang of shingles over the drip cap on the entire roof structure! A razor knife was used to cut the shingles flush to the drip cap. The drip cap is flush to building and not extended out from building. The small amount of guttering since their installation has never captured water from roof. They attached a 2×4 to the existing water damaged facia boards to install the new carport, and Never suggested new boards be installed, before they attached the carport to damaged boards. The flashing cement used failed July of 2020, and I now have $2000.00 of water damage in my Texas room. They never pulled a license to preform the original roofing job!
