Don't believe the great reviews, they're fluffing up their service by using fake reviews. They have horrible communication and don't show up on time. Matthew who seems to be the supervisor is rude, and doesn't provide good communication when he knows people are waiting for updates on when someone will show up. I understand the need others might have in this heat is more urgent than our cleaning, but at least communicating to us that they will not be able to make it would be a good first step. He also offered a small refund and never came through on it. Will never use this company again.

This company is top quality. The boss and technician, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was completely professional and explained, in detail, what the problem was with our HVAC system. His diagnostic fee and repair price was reasonable and fair as compared to other companies. I did not feel taken advantage of. Going forward, we will use prime HVAC Services for future service needs. We will refer our friends and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and reasonable company to perform a repair service.

My old AC was broken and I needed a new one. I reached out to Prime HVAC who responded immediately. This company is easy to deal with and very good at their job. The service techs were professional and polite, and the cost was reasonable. Very pleased with the service. I highly recommend them!
