This company is top quality. The boss and technician, was knowledgeable and friendly. He was completely professional and explained, in detail, what the problem was with our HVAC system. His diagnostic fee and repair price was reasonable and fair as compared to other companies. I did not feel taken advantage of. Going forward, we will use prime HVAC Services for future service needs. We will refer our friends and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair and reasonable company to perform a repair service.

Prime HVAC worked on our heat pump a May and did an amazing job. So when our thermostat conked out this morning, I knew exactly who to call then I contacted with prime HVAC. He made time to come out today, thoroughly explained all of my options, and installed a new one on the spot. Just like that, my day went from hot and sticky to cool and comfortable thanks to Jason.
