He was very friendly in the beginning, then he kept asking for money without doing any work told me he needed it to buy the ac and asked for gas money I told him no then he raised his voice at me I gave him 250 dollars and he never came back to fix my ac. I was foolish enough to call this guy because I was in a hurry and didn't check references. He's an older guy, never told me his name. It was a Saturday and he came out right away, for a $75 cash fee. He correctly diagnosed my electrical problem as a faulty water heater. He said he would fix it that same day for $250; $125 to be paid up front. Cash only. He told me to hurry and buy a water heater and he'd be back in 45 minutes. He never came back despite 2 more phone promises to come back that day. He never gave me a receipt. He shut off the main water valve and left it that way. He thought a 40 gallon tank was a 10 gallon tank. So I lost confidence in him and fired him the next day by phone. I asked for my $125 back. He's been avoiding me ever since.
