Aztec House Leveling, Foundation Repair & Remodeling/McAllen

Owner was easy to work with and communicated well. Workers were polite and personable, also worked in a timely manner

Our house had a foundation work done by Aztec in May 2023, which was about 3-4months ago. Our side door was hard to open with foundation issue. Now it doesn’t even close properly after foundation work. I noticed new cracks inside and outside my house and my yards are big mass now. I am not sure if this is their standard after I spent over $20,000 on the project. The company said that they will take care of the ongoing issue so hopefully things will get resolved after re-do their work. I will post an update if everything goes well. Until then, I just wanted share my unpleasant, not satisfactory experience with some people looking for a good foundation contractor in the valley. Awesome work ! The levelers and the remodeling crews were courteous, thoughtful of everything in my house. The BEST part was their work is thorough and excellent finishing. When they found something that needed fixed, they fixed it and did a great job. I will get Aztec to do ALL my home repairs on the future.
