Came out to help me with an electrical issue within an hour of my first call. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Solved my issue quickly. I called them to help me install my ring camera to have it wired that way I don’t have to worry about the battery. Two electricians came to do the job. The Doorbell in my apartment turned out to be without working power (see pic). It needed to be replaced but I have a building management team and didn’t want to replace or change anything without them knowing first. The electricians put everything back. Then I asked them to install a smart light-switch. They did but the lights were flickering so they took it down for me. All this work, though we couldn’t resolve my issues on that Saturday they spend their time working and figuring it out, they didn’t charge me and even picked up the dead roaches that fell out of the old ring box (which had me terrified. I hate bugs, see pic). Very professional, kind, nice company that cares for their customers as human beings and they’re not just out to make a buck.
