A/C Works

Early Saturday morning my air conditioner quit blowing out cold air and the fan quit spinning. I looked on Google for a close AC repair shop with good to great reviews and I found A/C Works. Those reviews on google were accurate. I called about 10:50 am and requested for a Technician to come out. The customer service agent told me, "I can have a Technician out later this afternoon and the technician will call before he heads out to your location." I received a call from Jason stating he was my tech enroute and would be at my house in about 10 minutes to see what going on with my unit. He called at 2:25 p.m. and he was at my house by 2:30 p.m. I was very happy. Jason greeted the family, asked a few questions about the unit, conducted a diagnostic, told me what exactly was wrong and what I needed to replace. This is my first time using this company and it was a great experience. I called first thing this am and the lady who answered the phone was darling. She worked me in and Hernan came out. He was awesome. He figured out my issue immediately. He didn't leave until he was sure it was fixed. He was super professional and so nice. I will request him for my summer maintenance. This is the second time in two weeks I’ve needed AC help - with different units! AC works responded quickly both times and got me in right away. I was so thankful because we had a bunch of family in from out of town and it was 104 with a broken AC! Hernan is so professional and efficient.
