I used Wortham brothers to replace my roof after extensive internal damage from a roof leak. Ben and his team were incredibly helpful in a number of ways: 1) evaluating the needs of the roof with expert evaluation 2) working with my insurance adjuster taking out some of the stressors for me to ensure appropriate coverage 3) being patient and thorough in explaining timelines, next steps, etc. with my multiple questions 4) a timely job well done and closing out the task. Thanks to the customer service and professionalism and expertise, I know several of my neighbors are considering reaching out to Ben should they have roofing needs especially given the nuance of flat roofs/TPO installation. These guys at Wortham Roofing are on a different level. I was referred to them by a close friend. I called, and he got back to me almost immediately, gave me written estimate the same day, and we scheduled the new roof install for only a few days later. His crew showed up before 7am and were done and gone by noon. It was very impressive. They were extremely professional. They were fast and efficient. And they got the job done right. Curt came out on Memorial Day to look at our damage from a hail storm on May 19th. He was the first roofer to come out and on a holiday no less. We had friends over with young kids swimming in the pool and when one of the girls went in without her floaties Curt saw she was struggling and before any parents could react he jumped in with his shoes and everything and pulled her out! As far as the roof, he helped us pick out shingles that were better quality than what we had before and his price was very reasonable. The day of the job, the workers showed up early and were very good about communicating and even made sure our dogs were inside before opening the gates to the backyard. There were 2 total crews working on our house and they worked from 6:30 am until 7:45 pm. They cleaned everything up and even took off all of our outdoor furniture cushions and made sure they were clean. Definitely an honest, hard working company and we will use them again if we need to!
