Our tech Donovan did an amazing job. He was quick efficient and thorough in resolving our issue. He was pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable.Our AC had stopped cooling after hours and in this heatwave that can be deadly so we are happy to have not only Joplins save the day but to have someone like Donovan shows they are care about who they hire. I was satisfied with the team that came out to change my evaporator coil! Mr Andrew and Mr. David were phenomenal. They were an effective team, providing us with their progress trying to keep us informed. The job wasn’t easy and took almost a whole day. Working In the attic in a 103 temperatures yet they kept a smile on their faces and extremely respectful. Joplin is very lucky to have them part of his wonderful team. The service techs provided education and not a sales pitch. They walked us through the detailed diagnostic process all the way through the repairs so there were no surprises. We ended up getting on their Performance Maintenance plan to keep our units running top notch!
