D & M Plumbing Contractors

I have used D&M for 10 years for both of my DR Horton homes. They have serviced over 1000 customers, and to see 8 negative reviews tells you something: they should have 99% positive reviews. My plumber arrived on time and fixed my broken shower knob which had 2 stripped screws, and replaced my old kitchen faucet quickly. Excellent work, highly recommended. Staff is courteous and easy to work with. And their prices are reasonable compared to most. No trip fee, almost all plumbers charge $40. I will continue to use D&M.

Many problems with this company, first the person that came just decided to walk into my house without asking after I answered the door. Second, he was extremely rude when asking me questions as if i was a huge inconvenience to him for my new construction house having all plumbing backing up that they installed within 1 month of living there. Terrible business honestly I have enough money to just pay someone to come out from another company in the future. I will not be utilizing my warranty and sending the builder this information as well to hopefully prevent others from being forced to use this contracted plumber. Service: Sewer repair

Earlier today I received a message from Austin at D & M Plumbing and when I returned his call, Austin was very rude and unhelpful. I further stated that I am a Realtor and requested for him to double check my number and see if he can find out the nature of his call. He quickly replied that this would take over 20 minutes and he is tired of dealing with Real Estate Agents. I have tried to tell him that he shouldn't be rude for someone that is simply trying to figure out why but instead, Austin just hung up the phone on me. Maybe this is how they operate maybe not but I will make note of this on my phone directory and stay away from this company for any future contact.
