Brandon’s air and especially Nathan their technician have been fantastic! I have used other AC companies and I didn’t trust their diagnosis. When I have received a second opinion from Brandon’s they have saved me money because the other AC companies have either been unethical or just flat out wrong. When Nate finds the problem he explains why his diagnosis is correct and in language I understand. He and Bill the owner have helped me find ways to save money and don’t push useless and expensive fixes I don’t need. I have been part of their maintenance program for years which is a major cost savings to me. Our HVAC was leaking some water so my wife and I called Brandon's Comfort Specialists. We discovered this unfortunate issue late in the evening but were extremely grateful with the responsiveness of their team. Nate was on site within 20min and helped repair the leak. He was professional, kind, and explained the work he was doing. The owner also called to make sure our ticket was taken care of and that our house was OK. That's amazing customer service. Within the hour our issue was resolved.
