Like many others, our home was damaged in the hail storm back in April. From day one, these guys were very helpful and informative with every step of the process. Most of my communication was with Brandon, and he always returns texts and phone call calls within minutes, putting the customer first. DFW made sure we got ALL the required repairs approved through our insurance company, and not just a simple re-tile, a whole new roof. The work was done in less than two working days and I have zero complaints with the aesthetic or function of the job. Even had compliments from neighbors who went with other contractors. I hope we never have to go through this weather damage ordeal again, but if we do, I’ll be giving DFW Roofing Pro a call straight away.
