The whole team at DFW Roofing Pro has been great to work with. They answer their phones, they go find answers and call back if they don't know the answer to particular question. The work they do is top notch. We had to have not just the shingles but the decking replaced as well. They brought out a large crew and got the roof removed, and the decking installed all in one day. Like many others, our home was damaged in the hail storm back in April. From day one, these guys were very helpful and informative with every step of the process. Most of my communication was with Brandon, and he always returns texts and phone call calls within minutes, putting the customer first. DFW made sure we got ALL the required repairs approved through our insurance company, and not just a simple re-tile, a whole new roof. The work was done in less than two working days and I have zero complaints with the aesthetic or function of the job. Even had compliments from neighbors who went with other contractors. I hope we never have to go through this weather damage ordeal again, but if we do, I’ll be giving DFW Roofing Pro a call straight away.
