We hired Silverado Roofing to repair a chimney leak. WE, the homeowner, provided them with photos of the leaking chimney. The company did not do any of the research themselves. Silverado worked on the wrong chimney. The leaking chimney we hired them to repair has not been repaired and is still leaking. Silverado wants us to pay them for doing the wrong job!
